Return Instructions
All orders may be returned for a refund within 60 days of delivery.


The original order's outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

Products have to be returned unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags and liners still intact.

Multiple order returns should not be bundled since this will cause processing delays.

When trying on your product for the first time, we suggest that you wear underwear.

We have the right to reject returns that are worn out or do not adhere to the aforementioned standards.

Refunds
We will let you know if your return is approved or denied when it has been received and examined.

From the day your return tracking information indicates delivery, this process may take up to 5 business days.

Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment if your return is accepted.

Please be aware that because financial institutions have different processing times, refunds can take up to 7–10 business days to show up on your bank account.
